非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)核算矩陣的框架設(shè)計(jì)研究

摘要： 非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)滲透到經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的各個(gè)方面,綜合分析其對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響效應(yīng)亟須一個(gè)系統(tǒng)性框架。闡釋采用社會(huì)核算矩陣研究非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的3個(gè)必要性,厘清非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行機(jī)理及其與正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)之間的4條作用路徑,在闡述非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)SAM各賬戶的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)SAM的表式結(jié)構(gòu)和基本框架,歸納非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)SAM的3大功能。對(duì)非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)SAM的理論分析與框架設(shè)計(jì)可以為非正規(guī)經(jīng)濟(jì)SAM的編制與效應(yīng)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
Informal economy has penetrated into all aspects of macroeconomic activity.There is a need for a systematic framework to analyze its effect on macroeconomic comprehensively.Firstly,the necessities of using the social accounting matrix to study the informal economic activities are expounded.Secondly,the mechanism of the informal economy and its four channels of interaction with the formal economy are clarified.Then,we design an informal economy SAM framework base on the elaborating of informal economy account.Finally,the three major functions of the informal economy SAM are summarized.The theoretical analysis and framework designed can lay the theoretical foundation for the actual compilation and effect research of the informal economy.
