市場化能夠促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展嗎?——基于廣東省市級面板數(shù)據(jù)的計量研究

摘要： 隨著改革開放深化及經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展,區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)問題越發(fā)明顯。針對市場化改革能否促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展問題,運用2000—2010年廣東21個地級市的面板數(shù)據(jù),以改進(jìn)后的泰爾指數(shù)作為產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的衡量指標(biāo),并控制經(jīng)濟總量發(fā)展水平(GDP)、要素資源投入對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的影響后構(gòu)建一個面板數(shù)據(jù)計量模型,以考察市場化程度對產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展之間的相互作用。研究結(jié)果表明:市場化改革對產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有正向促進(jìn)作用;地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展靠增加要素資源投入作用有限,關(guān)鍵在于以市場為調(diào)節(jié)機制的產(chǎn)業(yè)要素合理流動。
With the deepening of reform and opening-up,and the development of society and economy,the uncoordinated problem of regional industry development is more and more obvious.Can marketization promote the coordinated development of the industry? In this paper,with 21 cities in Guangdong in 2000-2010 panel data,with the improved Theil index as indicators of the coordinated development of industry,after controlling the impact of the economic level of development(GDP) and element resources investment on the coordinated development of regional industry,the paper builds a panel data econometric model to examine marketization degree of the interaction between industry coordinated development.The results show that:1) the market-oriented reform has a positive role in promoting the coordinated development of the industry;2) the coordinated development of regional industry promoted by increasing resources investment is limited,and the key lies in taking the market as the rational flow of industrial elements regulating mechanism.
