廣東省科技服務(wù)業(yè)市場(chǎng)化發(fā)展分析

摘要: 在前期定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇市場(chǎng)化治理機(jī)制、市場(chǎng)化生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況兩項(xiàng)指標(biāo)分析私營(yíng)及外商投資科技服務(wù)企業(yè)市場(chǎng)化情況;對(duì)于非私營(yíng)的科技服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu),則以資產(chǎn)管理體制的市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性、產(chǎn)權(quán)多元化、經(jīng)營(yíng)行為市場(chǎng)化和市場(chǎng)退出機(jī)制等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行定性分析。研究結(jié)果表明廣東省科技服務(wù)業(yè)市場(chǎng)化程度較高,接近轉(zhuǎn)軌后期市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)階段。 Based on the previous quantitative analysis,by means of production operation and management system of marketization,we analyze the private enterprise and foreign investigations. Focusing on the adoptability to marketization of assets management mechanism,multiplication of capitals,operation behavior and exit system,we conduct a similar analysis on non- private organizations. We conclude that marketization of science and technology service industry in Guangdong province has reached an advanced level,which is close to the latter phrase of reform of planned economy.
