基于企業(yè)家才能提升的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模內(nèi)生性擴(kuò)大研究——以浙江義烏產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為例

摘要: 在買(mǎi)方市場(chǎng)條件下,市場(chǎng)規(guī)模能否可持續(xù)擴(kuò)大成了關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。對(duì)浙江義烏集群的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以渠道拓寬與優(yōu)化為主要途徑的"干中學(xué)"可促進(jìn)企業(yè)家才能提升與市場(chǎng)規(guī)模內(nèi)生性擴(kuò)大間的良性互動(dòng)。它通過(guò)動(dòng)力增強(qiáng)與能力提升兩個(gè)層次使要素配置主體的企業(yè)家獲得重塑?;诖?企業(yè)家配置的要素層次提高,能使傳統(tǒng)勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品的要素密集度獲得逆轉(zhuǎn),市場(chǎng)規(guī)模得以內(nèi)生性擴(kuò)大。渠道的拓寬與優(yōu)化主要包含渠道細(xì)分、配置與延伸三個(gè)層次,它們相互影響和促進(jìn),共同推動(dòng)著集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的攀升。通過(guò)"干中學(xué)",集群內(nèi)要素共享程度提高,由此導(dǎo)致的創(chuàng)新外溢效應(yīng)可顯著提升企業(yè)家的商務(wù)才能。這表明,基于企業(yè)家才能提升的市場(chǎng)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大具有內(nèi)生性,因而是可持續(xù)的。 In the buyer's market,whether or not the market size can be expanded constantly has become the focus.The research on Yiwu industry cluster shows,"learning by doing" based on the channel widening and optimization can promote the positive interaction between entrepreneur ability enhancement and market size expanding.It remodels the main body of factors allocation entrepreneur by enhancing driving force and lifting capacity.Based on this,the level of factors allocated by entrepreneur is enhanced,which makes the factors intensity of goods diverse from labor intensity.The channel widening and optimization mainly include three levels:channel partition,allocation and extension,which influence each other and jointly promote the competitiveness of Yiwu cluster.In view of "learning by doing",the factors' sharing degree within cluster could be improved,and the spillover effect of innovation could promote the business capacity of entrepreneurs significantly.It means that the expansion of market size based on growing entrepreneur capacity is endogenous,hence it can be sustainable.
