大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下的決策范式轉(zhuǎn)變與使能創(chuàng)新

摘要: 大數(shù)據(jù)的迅猛發(fā)展對社會、經(jīng)濟和人們的生活產(chǎn)生了巨大影響,也沖擊和正在重塑著管理決策和價值創(chuàng)造的過程和方式。本文基于一系列的研究,從范式和創(chuàng)新角度凝練和闡述了大數(shù)據(jù)引發(fā)的重要轉(zhuǎn)變和使能作用。一方面,傳統(tǒng)的決策范式在大數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境下遇到了深刻挑戰(zhàn),使得信息情境、決策主體、理念假設、方法流程等決策要素呈現(xiàn)出顯著變化,催生了新型的大數(shù)據(jù)決策范式;另一方面,在大數(shù)據(jù)決策范式下,大數(shù)據(jù)使能進一步激發(fā)了行為洞察、風險預見和業(yè)務模式等方面的創(chuàng)新。
The rapid development of big data has brought dramatic changes to society, economy, and people's daily life,affecting and re-shaping the procedures and forms of decision-making and value creation. Based on a series of recent studies, this article derives and elaborates on the substantial transitions in decision-making paradigms that have been triggered by big data as well as the innovation-enabling effects of such transitions. On the one hand, traditional decision-making paradigms are profoundly challenged by big data, leading to prominent changes in terms of decision elements including domain contexts, decision entities, premised assumptions, and procedural approaches, which characterize an emerging big-data decision-making paradigm. On the other hand, in light of the big-data decision-making paradigm, the enabling effects of big data trigger innovations in terms of behavioral insights, risk prediction, and business models.
