量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力構(gòu)建:機理與路徑

摘要： 從牛頓思維到量子思維的轉(zhuǎn)變是一場精神和認知論的革命,基于量子思維產(chǎn)生的量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力也有利于打破牛頓思維下的傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力范式,從根本上建立起一種新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力科學(xué)體系。本文通過對量子理論基本原理的概括梳理,從量子思維與牛頓思維的比較視角出發(fā),分析歸納了量子思維5方面的基本內(nèi)涵;以量子思維內(nèi)涵為框架,從思維預(yù)設(shè)、基礎(chǔ)條件、觸發(fā)因素、動力機制和演化規(guī)律5方面概括總結(jié)出量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的構(gòu)建機理;以此為基礎(chǔ),進一步引申出量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的構(gòu)建路徑。研究深化拓展了量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的理論和實踐體系,從思維創(chuàng)新的角度為量子領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的構(gòu)建應(yīng)用提供了思路與啟示。
The transformation from Newton's thinking to quantum thinking is a revolution of spirit and epistemology, and quantum leadership based on quantum thinking is also beneficial to break the traditional leadership paradigm which is based on Newton's thinking and to establish a new leadership system fundamentally. On the basis of summarizing the basic principles of quantum theory, this paper summarizes five basic connotations of quantum thinking from the comparative perspective of quantum thinking and Newton's thinking. Taking the connotations of quantum thinking as a framework, and from the five aspects of thinking presupposition, basic conditions, triggering factors, dynamic mechanism and evolutionary law, the construction mechanism of quantum leadership is summarized, and on this basis, the construction path of quantum leadership is further extended. The research deepens and expands the theoretical and practical system of quantum leadership, and provides ideas and enlightenment for the construction and application of quantum leadership from the perspective of thinking innovation.
