國(guó)外智庫(kù)研究的進(jìn)展概述與扼要評(píng)析

摘要： [目的/意義]智庫(kù)在西方國(guó)家已經(jīng)有相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的發(fā)展歷程,目前關(guān)于國(guó)外智庫(kù)的探討也較為多元,該文通過(guò)概述國(guó)外智庫(kù)研究,旨在為我國(guó)智庫(kù)的發(fā)展提供啟示借鑒。[方法/過(guò)程]對(duì)國(guó)外近30年來(lái)智庫(kù)的發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分類綜述,從智庫(kù)的概念界定及其內(nèi)涵分析、發(fā)展演進(jìn)歷程、功能及影響力評(píng)估、組織類型劃分以及具體國(guó)別的智庫(kù)研究等多維度展開(kāi)探討。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]智庫(kù)研究存在著許多不同的角度和面向,這些角度和面向因本國(guó)國(guó)情和時(shí)代變化而不斷推陳出新;同時(shí)由于各國(guó)整體政治環(huán)境與法律制度等差異,其智庫(kù)的發(fā)展模式和運(yùn)作模式等也不盡相同。
[Purpose/Significance]Think tanks have a long history of development in Western countries. At present, the discussion on foreign think tanks is also more diverse. This paper aims to provide inspiration for the development of think tanks in China by summarizing foreign think tank research.[Method/Process]This paper summarizes the research status of think tank development in foreign countries in the past 30 years, and discusses the concept definition of the think tank and its connotation analysis, development and evolution process, function and influence evaluation, organization type division and specific country think tank research.[Result/Conclusion]There are many different perspectives and orientations of think tank research, these angles and orientations can be constantly updated due to national conditions and changes in the times. At the same time, due to differences in the overall political environment and legal systems of different countries, the development models and operational models of think tanks are also different.
