智庫獨立性聲譽塑造分析

摘要: [目的/意義]現(xiàn)有的智庫獨立性研究某種程度上忽視了獨立性聲譽的形成及其對理解、評價智庫獨立性的影響。[方法/過程]通過分析獨立性聲譽內(nèi)涵及影響因素:智庫標(biāo)榜獨立性、行為獨立性與受眾的認知獨立性,結(jié)合美國智庫獨立性聲譽塑造案例,分析獨立性聲譽塑造的三條路徑以及產(chǎn)生的問題。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]標(biāo)榜獨立性與行為獨立性的有機結(jié)合,共同影響受眾的認知獨立性進而塑造了獨立性聲譽,但這也可能會使智庫在某種程度上放松對獨立性行為的約束,誤導(dǎo)受眾的認知獨立性,從而不能正確判斷智庫真實的獨立性。中國智庫應(yīng)當(dāng)充分理解獨立性聲譽內(nèi)涵,樹立獨立性聲譽塑造意識,充分釋放智庫各類信息,加強獨立性聲譽運營管理。
[Purpose/Significance]Current research of the independence of think tanks neglects the form of the independence reputation of think tanks to some extent, and the influence on the understanding and appraisal of the independence of think tanks. [Method/Process]Through analyzing the essence of the independence of think tanks and its influencing factors: the advertising independence, the behavior independence of think tanks, the cognitive independence of the public, and together with the case of moulding the independence reputation of America think tanks, this paper analyzes three paths to mould the independence reputation of think tanks and some consequent problems.[Result/Conclusion]It is the organic combination of the advertising independence and behavior independence that collectively affect the cognitive independence, further to mould the independence reputation, which may probably make think tanks loose the restriction on the independence behaviour to some extent, and mislead the cognitive independence of the audience not to properly appraise the real independence of think tanks. Chinese think tanks should fully understand the essence of the independence reputation, set up the awareness of moulding the independence reputation, fully release all sorts of the information of think tanks and strengthen the operation of the independence reputation.
