管理學“矛盾視角”的概念內(nèi)涵與主要范式

摘要: 為厘清"矛盾視角"在管理學領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展方向,結(jié)合我國傳統(tǒng)文化與當代意識中的矛盾辯證理念,以及當前西方管理學有關(guān)矛盾視角的主流文獻,對該領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)研究進行系統(tǒng)性綜述。研究表明:矛盾視角相關(guān)概念(雙元、混合、辯證、困境、矛盾)的內(nèi)涵既有自身的獨特性,又存在一定的關(guān)聯(lián)性;管理矛盾的主要范式可以被劃分為3種,即防御矛盾、統(tǒng)合矛盾和轉(zhuǎn)化矛盾,且每種范式都有一定的實證化操作方法與之相對應;矛盾視角作為一種"元范式",適用于中國轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟的情境化研究、組織管理、組織行為與領(lǐng)導力以及組織創(chuàng)新和變革等研究領(lǐng)域。
In order to clarify the present situation and future development direction of "paradoxical perspective" in the field of management,this study systematically summarizes the related research in this field by combining Chinese traditional culture with contradictory dialectical concepts of contemporary consciousness as well as the mainstream literature on paradoxical perspectives in Western management. The results show that the connotation of the paradox-related concepts(i.e.,duality,hybrid,dialectics,dilemma and paradox)not only have their uniqueness,but relate to each other. he main paradigm of paradox management can be divided into three types,namely,defensive,integration and transformation,and each paradigm has several corresponding empirical operation methods. s a kind of "meta-paradigm",paradoxical perspective is suitable for the research of China's transitional economy,organizational management,organizational behavior and leadership,organizational innovation and change.
