管理理論的生命力和實(shí)用價(jià)值——兼論其時(shí)代性與時(shí)代化

摘要: 管理理論是科學(xué)理論的一個(gè)門類.理論,其本質(zhì)是人類思想和認(rèn)知的發(fā)展,有經(jīng)典和非經(jīng)典的區(qū)別.經(jīng)典理論其開創(chuàng)者有超凡的認(rèn)知能力,思想深邃,成果具有較高的傳承價(jià)值和較強(qiáng)的生命力.因而,管理理論研究,無(wú)論是經(jīng)典理論的演繹或?qū)嵺`規(guī)律的發(fā)掘形成學(xué)說(shuō),其價(jià)值和前途均取決于管理思想闡釋和思辨的功夫. Management theory is a branch of scientific theory. The essence of theory is the development of human thought and cognition,which is divided into the classical and the non-classical. The inaugurators of classical theories possess extraordinary cognitive ability and profound thought,whose achievements have high inheritance value and strong vitality. Therefore,both of the value and prospect of management theory research,whether the deduction of classical theory or the formation of theory from excavation of the law of practice,depend on the interpretation of management thoughts and the critical thinking.
