數(shù)字勞動過程及其四種表現(xiàn)形式

摘要： 數(shù)字勞動是在數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,數(shù)字化的知識和信息作為關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)資料的生產(chǎn)性勞動和非生產(chǎn)性勞動。在數(shù)字生產(chǎn)方式下,傳統(tǒng)的勞動過程正在向數(shù)字勞動過程轉(zhuǎn)變。這種轉(zhuǎn)變將會深刻影響雇傭關(guān)系、勞動的控制過程和勞動報酬支付形式等。根據(jù)勞動過程特征差異性的大小,本文將數(shù)字勞動過程劃分為傳統(tǒng)雇傭經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域下的數(shù)字勞動過程、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺零工經(jīng)濟(jì)中的數(shù)字勞動過程、數(shù)字資本公司技術(shù)工人的數(shù)字勞動過程和非雇傭形式的產(chǎn)銷者的數(shù)字勞動過程四種類型,并從馬克思主義的角度批判地分析四種數(shù)字勞動過程中的價值形成,以及其背后所隱藏的資本與勞動之間的內(nèi)在矛盾及其對生產(chǎn)方式的影響。
Digital labor is the productive and non-productive labor of digital knowledge and information as key production materials in the background of digital economy. In the digital production mode, the traditional labor process is shifting to the digital labor process. This transformation will profoundly affect the employment relationship, the control process of labor, and the form of payment for labor compensation. According to the difference of characteristics of labor process, this paper divides the digital labor process into four forms: the digital labor process under the traditional employment economy; the digital labor process in the scattered work of the Internet platform; the digital labor process of the digital capital company technical workers and the non-employed users. From the perspective of Marxism, the value creation and internal contradictions between capital and labor hidden behind the four forms of digital labor processes and their influence on production methods are critically analyzed in this paper.
