普及學(xué)前教育：加強(qiáng)民族地區(qū)國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)教育的關(guān)鍵

摘要： 兒童的語(yǔ)言教育既要遵循兒童發(fā)展的規(guī)律,又要符合語(yǔ)言教育規(guī)律,還要考慮少數(shù)民族兒童語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)的特點(diǎn)。在學(xué)前教育階段加強(qiáng)國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)教育的策略包括:加強(qiáng)黨的民族政策的學(xué)習(xí),把握雙語(yǔ)教育的正確方向;優(yōu)先支持民族地區(qū)幼兒園建設(shè),普及民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育,在幼兒階段強(qiáng)化國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)教育;在活動(dòng)中提高兒童的國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)水平;注重信息技術(shù)的運(yùn)用;加強(qiáng)學(xué)前師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè);營(yíng)造良好的國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。加強(qiáng)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)幼兒園建設(shè),普及民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育,抓住兒童語(yǔ)言發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期開(kāi)展國(guó)家通用語(yǔ)教育,使少數(shù)民族兒童較好掌握國(guó)家通用語(yǔ),為少數(shù)民族兒童的終身發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)促進(jìn)少數(shù)民族兒童的國(guó)家認(rèn)同、加強(qiáng)民族團(tuán)結(jié),意義重大,影響深遠(yuǎn)。
Children's language education should not only follow the law of children's development,but also adapt to the law of language education,and consider the characteristics of minority children's language learning.The strategies of strengthening national lingua franca education in the pre-school stage include:strengthening the study of the Party's ethnic policies and sticking to the correct direction of bilingual education;giving priority to supporting the construction of kindergartens in ethnic areas and universal pre-school education in ethnic areas,and strengthening national lingua franca education in the early childhood stage;improving the national lingua franca level of children through activities;paying attention to IT application;strengthening the construction of pre-school teachers;and creating agood learning environment for national lingua franca.Strengthening the construction of kindergartens in ethnic areas and universal pre-school education in ethnic areas,and carrying out national lingua franca education in the key period of language development contribute to better master of national lingua franca for children in ethnic areas.That will lay a solid foundation for the lifelong development of the children,promote the national identity of children in ethnic areas,and strengthen national unity,which is of great significance and has far-reaching influence.
