英國近二十年學(xué)前教育政策及其對我國的啟示

摘要: 英國近二十年來高質(zhì)量的學(xué)前教育快速發(fā)展,兒童入園率位居世界前列,本文針對英國近二十年的學(xué)前教育政策進行了整合與分析,充分研究了其中關(guān)于促進學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的政策;實現(xiàn)學(xué)前教育目標(biāo)的手段。從研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)對我國的啟示是:進一步細(xì)化政策文本,改善政策內(nèi)容;推進托幼機構(gòu)發(fā)展,建成一體化學(xué)前教育體系;加大財政投入力度,實現(xiàn)學(xué)前教育普惠;改進教師選拔方式,提升師資水平;改善教學(xué)方法,提高保教質(zhì)量。多措并舉,逐步提升我國學(xué)前教育數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。
In the past two decades, the quality of preschool education in the UK has developed rapidly, and the rate of children's admission has been among the highest in the world. This paper has integrated and analyzed the preschool education policy of the UK in the past 20 years, and fully studied the policy of promoting the development of preschool education and the means to achieve the goals of preschool education. From the research, it is found that the enlightenment to China is: Further refine the policy text, improve the policy content. Promote the development of child care institutions, build an integrated preschool education system. Increase financial input, achieve an inclusive pre-school education. Improve teachers' selection methods, improve the level of teachers. Improve teaching methods and improve the quality of education. Take more measures to gradually improve the quantity and quality of preschool education in China.
