摘要: 當(dāng)前我國(guó)幼兒園園長(zhǎng)培養(yǎng)規(guī)模和質(zhì)量都無(wú)法滿足實(shí)踐需求,而園長(zhǎng)是一種高度專業(yè)化的職業(yè),有必要從一線教師中挖掘?qū)I(yè)素質(zhì)過(guò)硬、具有管理潛能和管理意愿的優(yōu)秀者,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)幫助他們從優(yōu)秀的教師成長(zhǎng)為優(yōu)秀的園長(zhǎng)。遵循此專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)向培養(yǎng)準(zhǔn)園長(zhǎng),既有助于提升幼兒園管理隊(duì)伍的專業(yè)水平,又有助于提高幼兒園教育質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)幼兒身心健康發(fā)展。為此,應(yīng)建構(gòu)緊跟時(shí)代要求的準(zhǔn)園長(zhǎng)專業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)和培訓(xùn)體系,完善準(zhǔn)園長(zhǎng)培養(yǎng)管理體制,為準(zhǔn)園長(zhǎng)的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)提供條件保障。 The kindergarten leader is a highly specialized profession;its cultivation should base on their professional ideas,knowledge and ability development. The prospective kindergarten leaders cultivation oriented professional development can improve the management level and education quality of kindergartens,and its cultivation should identify their professional development goals,and create a good institution al environment by constructing the reasonable training mechanism,management system and evaluation system.
