激勵(lì)性教師評價(jià)與幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)發(fā)展

摘要: 在教師的激勵(lì)性評價(jià)下,幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的主動性、堅(jiān)持與注意、想象與創(chuàng)造、反思與解釋等品質(zhì)可以得到明顯提升。作為一種動態(tài)評價(jià),激勵(lì)性教師評價(jià)要求教師樹立幼兒是學(xué)習(xí)主體的教育理念,并通過發(fā)揮激勵(lì)性評價(jià)的化解功能來拓展幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的發(fā)展范疇,通過評價(jià)行為的具體化來明確幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的發(fā)展維度,通過把握評價(jià)時(shí)機(jī)與限度來促進(jìn)幼兒學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)的層次性發(fā)展。 By virtue of teachers' encouraging language and behavior,teachers' incentive evaluation can promote the development of children's learning quality through stimulating children's learning motivation and improving their learning enthusiasm. As a dynamic evaluation,teachers' incentive evaluation should play the dissolving function of incentive evaluation,specify the evaluation behavior and seize the evaluation opportunity and limit to promote the development of children 's learning quality.
