幼兒園園長培訓(xùn)課程建構(gòu)的理論基礎(chǔ)與核心觀念

摘要: 幼兒園園長的在職培訓(xùn)是促進(jìn)幼兒園園長專業(yè)化發(fā)展,提升幼兒園園長隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)的重要途徑。幼兒園園長培訓(xùn)工作的科學(xué)性開展離不開理論的正確指引。針對(duì)目前關(guān)于幼兒園園長培訓(xùn)的研究偏重現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),缺乏培訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)理論研究的現(xiàn)狀,本文扼要梳理了后現(xiàn)代課程觀與諾爾斯的成人教育學(xué)理論的核心思想,以此為中心線索,從幼兒園園長培訓(xùn)課程建構(gòu)的知識(shí)觀、教學(xué)觀、師生觀三個(gè)維度,深入闡釋了幼兒園園長培訓(xùn)課程建構(gòu)的核心觀念,以為探查幼兒園園長培訓(xùn)有效開展的實(shí)踐路徑提供理論支撐。 On-the-job training of kindergarten principals is an important way to promote their professional development and improve their quality for now and for the future.The scientific development of kindergarten principals' training cannot be separated from the correct guidance of theory.In view of the current situation that the research on kindergarten principals' training lays particular stress on the summary of the present situation and experience,and lacks the basic theoretical research of training,this paper briefly combs the core ideas of post-modern curriculum concept and Knowles' Adult Learning Theory,and takes those as the central clue to further interpret kindergarten principals' training curriculum from three dimensions:knowledge view,teaching view and teacher-student view in order to provide theoretical support for exploring the effective practice path of kindergarten principals' training.
