下屬與公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)互動(dòng)能更好地履行家庭責(zé)任嗎?——基于互動(dòng)儀式理論視角

摘要: 本文從互動(dòng)儀式理論出發(fā),探究了公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)員工自身家庭責(zé)任感的影響,以及關(guān)系能量的中介作用和工作家庭增益的調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過(guò)兩個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)調(diào)研收集的417名員工調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)員工家庭責(zé)任感有正向的影響;關(guān)系能量在它們之間起中介作用;工作家庭增益正向調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系能量與家庭責(zé)任感之間的關(guān)系,以及公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)通過(guò)關(guān)系能量對(duì)家庭責(zé)任感的間接作用。本研究對(duì)引導(dǎo)組織,管理者關(guān)注員工工作領(lǐng)域之外家庭責(zé)任感的提升具有重要理論價(jià)值與實(shí)踐意義,也為公仆型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的有關(guān)研究提供了新視角。 Drawing on interaction ritual theory, the present study investigates the relationship between servant leadership and family responsibility through the mediating role of relational energy as well as the moderating role of work-family enrichment. The sample is made of 417 employees in a two-wave survey. The results reveal servant leadership is positively related to employee family responsibility, and relational energy serves as a mediator between them. Moreover, work-family enrichment moderates the relationship between relational energy and family responsibility, and the indirect effect of servant leadership on family responsibility via relational energy. This research has theoretical value and managerial implications for organizations and managers to pay more attention to employees' family responsibility. What's more, it also provides new perspective for literature about servant leadership.
