中國(guó)管理學(xué)研究向何處去——“中國(guó)管理50人”論壇(2018年秋季)會(huì)議述評(píng)

摘要: 從全球化與中國(guó)情境化背景、理論和實(shí)踐的關(guān)系、管理學(xué)者的責(zé)任和使命、管理研究范式的規(guī)范、中國(guó)商學(xué)院的改革和發(fā)展、社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)中的其他管理學(xué)問題6個(gè)方面對(duì)"中國(guó)管理50人"論壇(2018年秋季)的會(huì)議觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行梳理和綜述,以期深入探討中國(guó)本土企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐下的中國(guó)管理學(xué)研究所面臨的現(xiàn)狀和挑戰(zhàn),進(jìn)而啟發(fā)研究者的思考,更好地推動(dòng)中國(guó)管理研究和管理實(shí)踐的融合與發(fā)展。 Based on the brief summary of the 10 keynote speeches and subsequent discussions in the"China Management 50Forum"(October 20,2018 in Jinan),this paper presents six academic issues,including globalization and China's contextual background,the relationship between theory and practice,the responsibility and mission of management scholars,management research paradigm,the reform and development of Chinese business schools and other management issues in practice.These issues reflect the current situation and challenges of Chinese management research,so as to inspire scholars' future research and promote the development of Chinese management research.
