體驗(yàn)抽樣法與準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)法的結(jié)合探究:基于組織中感恩研究的應(yīng)用與展望

摘要: 本文以體驗(yàn)抽樣法與準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)法為切入點(diǎn),旨在探索二者的結(jié)合在組織行為學(xué)領(lǐng)域,特別是在與感恩相關(guān)研究中的應(yīng)用和展望。首先,本文對(duì)體驗(yàn)抽樣法以及該方法下的感恩研究進(jìn)行介紹;其次,系統(tǒng)地回顧分析準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究中的感恩干預(yù)策略、因果模型以及該方法存在的問(wèn)題;再者,文章引入現(xiàn)有研究實(shí)例,充分探討將體驗(yàn)抽樣法與干預(yù)方法結(jié)合進(jìn)行研究的可能性與優(yōu)勢(shì);最后,提出了將兩種方法結(jié)合進(jìn)行感恩研究的基本流程與注意事項(xiàng),并從方法設(shè)計(jì)、多層研究、情景化研究和轉(zhuǎn)變研究視角等方面進(jìn)一步探討未來(lái)研究方向??傊?本文認(rèn)為體驗(yàn)抽樣法能夠有效彌補(bǔ)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法的不足,對(duì)于促進(jìn)理解工作場(chǎng)所中感恩、態(tài)度和行為等之間的相互關(guān)系起到重要的作用。 Based on the combination of experience sampling and quasi-experiment methods, this paper aims to explore the application and prospects of the combined method in the field of organizational behavior, especially in gratitude-related research. Firstly, this paper introduces the experience sampling method and gratitude related research. Secondly, we systematically review the intervention strategies, causal models and existing problems of gratitude researches using quasi-experiment method. Thirdly, we discuss the feasibility, necessity, and advantages of combining the quasi-experiment method with the experience sampling method by introducing extant research examples. Finally, we draw a flowchart of how to conduct such research in organizations, and also provide suggestions for future research from the aspects of method design, multilevel research, context-based research, and multiple perspectives. In conclusion, this paper argues that experience sampling method can effectively remedy the shortcomings of quasi-experiment method and plays an important role in promoting our understanding of the relationships between gratitude, attitudes, and behaviors in the workplace.
