創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊成員相同價值觀會帶來績效提高嗎?——股權配置公平的調節(jié)效應

摘要: 價值觀是個體對事物的道德評價標準,不同價值觀決定了差異化的行為選擇。從價值觀結構視角出發(fā),探討了創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊成員不同類型價值觀一致性對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的作用機理及股權配置公平對兩者關系的調節(jié)作用。采用層級回歸方法對175個創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊樣本進行實證研究,結果顯示:創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊成員的自我超越價值觀一致性、開放價值觀一致性正向影響創(chuàng)業(yè)績效;自我提高價值觀一致性、保守價值觀一致性不利于創(chuàng)業(yè)績效提升;股權配置公平對自我超越價值觀一致性、開放價值觀一致性與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效之間的關系具有正向調節(jié)作用,弱化自我提高價值觀一致性與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的負向關系,但對保守價值觀一致性與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效關系的負向調節(jié)作用并不顯著。 Values is the moral evaluation standard of an individual.Different types of value guide differentiated behavior choices.This study explores the internal operating mechanism between entrepreneurial team members multi-dimensions value consistency and entrepreneurial performance and the moderating effect of equity allocation fairness.The empirical study of 175 entrepreneurial teams indicates that entrepreneurial team member'sself-transcendence valueconsistency and openness value consistency have positive role in promoting entrepreneurial team's performance.But self-enhancementvalue consistency and conservative value consistency have negative influence on it.The fairness allocation of ownership will enhance the relationship between self-transcendence valueand openness value consistency and entrepreneurial performance,while will weaken the relationship between self-enhancementvalues consistency and entrepreneurial performance.
