智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建研究

摘要： 文章在分析了智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建難點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)我國(guó)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)研究國(guó)外智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)的方法與特點(diǎn),探索我國(guó)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建過(guò)程中難題的解決路徑。文章提出由政府機(jī)構(gòu)、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、智庫(kù)自身與第三方機(jī)構(gòu)共同參與的我國(guó)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系模型,對(duì)我國(guó)智庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)體系的構(gòu)建提出建議。
Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the construction of the think tank evaluation system,this paper summarizes the current situation of the think tank evaluation in China.Through the study of the methods and characteristics of foreign think tank evaluation system,this paper explores the solution path of the problem in the process of constructing the evaluation system of the think tank.This paper puts forward the construction model of the think tank evaluation system in China,which is composed of government agencies,industry associations,think tanks themselves and the third-party organizations.
