民辦幼兒園教師職業(yè)壓力源及個(gè)體管理策略

摘要: 對(duì)鶴壁市民辦幼兒園教師的職業(yè)壓力情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查表明,民辦幼兒園教師總體職業(yè)壓力屬于中等偏高水平,壓力主要來(lái)自角色期待、工作負(fù)荷、組織管理等方面。民辦幼兒園教師應(yīng)理性面對(duì)壓力,有效管理時(shí)間,充分利用社會(huì)支持系統(tǒng),拓寬化解壓力渠道,并嘗試各種宣泄方式,緩解消除壓力。 The survey of the occupational stress of teachers in private kindergarten in Hebi shows that the overall occupational stress of teachers in private kindergarten is moderately high, and the pressure mainly comes from role expectation, workload, organization and management. Teachers in private kindergartens should face the stress rationally,manage time effectively, make full use of the social support system, broaden the channels of stress and try various ways of catharsis to ease the elimination of stress.
