摘要: 全日制學(xué)前教育專業(yè)碩士"UCK"培養(yǎng)模式即具有全日制學(xué)前教育專業(yè)碩士招生資格的大學(xué)與地方普通本科師范院校和幼兒園三方合作的專業(yè)碩士培養(yǎng)模式。該模式通過(guò)"三級(jí)式指導(dǎo)、三段式學(xué)習(xí)、三崗式訓(xùn)練",有效整合大學(xué)、師范學(xué)院以及幼兒園的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,充分發(fā)揮三方的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)幼兒園"全實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)"豐富學(xué)生實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),"超級(jí)環(huán)"活動(dòng)提升實(shí)踐反思能力,"品學(xué)圈"活動(dòng)搭建理實(shí)融合橋梁,"學(xué)術(shù)沙龍"活動(dòng)促成理論素養(yǎng)提升,"本碩聯(lián)動(dòng)"活動(dòng)催生學(xué)生專業(yè)情懷。 The "UCK" training model of full-time pre-school education master is a professional master's training model of tripartite cooperation between universities with full-time pre-school education master's enrollment qualification, local teachers' colleges and kindergartens. This model effectively integrates the high-quality resources of universities, teachers' colleges and kindergartens through "three-level guidance, three-stage learning and three-post training" , which gives full play to the professional advantages of the three parties. It enriches students' practical experience through kindergartens' "full practice learning" , enhances their practical reflective ability through "super-circle" activities, builds a bridge of the theory-practice integration through "moral circle" activities and promotes the improvement of theoretical literacy through "academic salon" . The activity of "bachelor-master linkage" promotes students' professional development.
