新型國民經濟綜合評價指標——包容性價值

摘要： 針對現(xiàn)有國民經濟評價體系的諸多不足和缺點,提出了一種新型的國民經濟增長評價指標——包容性價值。通過構建ESSE綜合框架描述經濟、社會、資源和環(huán)境之間的因果關系,以刻畫經濟增長的復雜性特征,并利用世界模型Ⅱ和系統(tǒng)動力學理論對五種情景進行系統(tǒng)模擬和分析,以反映經濟增長的長期性特征,最后對包容性價值核算的有效性和合理性進行了驗證。
According to the deficiencies and shortcomings of the existing national economic evaluation system,this paper proposes a new national economic growth index,that is the inclusive value. Through the construction of ESSE integrated framework for describing the complex characteristics of the causal relationship between economic,social,resources and environment,and in order to describe the economic growth in the long-term characteristic,there uses World II and the theory of system dynamics to analyses five kinds of scenarios,at last it gives the verification about the validity and rationality of the inclusion of value accounting.
