中國(guó)社會(huì)核算矩陣延長(zhǎng)表編制模型研究

摘要： 本文以中國(guó)社會(huì)核算矩陣(Social Accounting Matrix,SAM)序列表為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)"總量控制、平衡傳遞、向量分解、子矩陣延長(zhǎng)、積木式組合編制SAM表Ⅰ型延長(zhǎng)表,流量轉(zhuǎn)移法編制Ⅱ型表"的思想,建立了包含四大模塊60個(gè)方程的SAM延長(zhǎng)表編制組合模型。采用了聯(lián)立方程模型、時(shí)間序列模型、"傳遞平衡法"、"專用狀態(tài)空間模型法"、RAS法、DRAS法、收入和支出"流量轉(zhuǎn)移法"等一系列方法實(shí)際編制了中國(guó)社會(huì)核算矩陣I型(65×65)和II型(35×35)延長(zhǎng)表。
A combination extending model of SAM extended table is established in this paper which contains 4 modules and 60 equations based on the sequence tables of Social Accounting Matrix for China. Using this model Extend the SAM(65x65) of type I according to the ideas of"Total volume control,Equal amounts transmission,Vectors decomposition,Sub-matrices extension,Block Combination". And the methods of"Simultaneous equations model","Time series model","Equilibrium transmission method","Special state space model method","RAS method","DRAS method" are used in the procedures. Simultaneously,the method of"Flows transfer"is used in Extending the SAM(35x35) of type II.
