關(guān)于開展科技服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計的基礎(chǔ)問題探討

摘要： 目前,科技服務(wù)業(yè)在整個國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有越來越重要的地位,但是科技服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計工作在全國范圍內(nèi)尚處于起步階段,全國范圍內(nèi)尚未形成統(tǒng)一的科技服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計調(diào)查制度,而且在已經(jīng)開展科技服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計的省份中,面臨著科技服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計對象不清晰、統(tǒng)計內(nèi)容不全面等基礎(chǔ)問題。通過對科技服務(wù)業(yè)統(tǒng)計的基礎(chǔ)問題的探討,完善科技服務(wù)業(yè)的統(tǒng)計調(diào)查制度,為政府的管理和決策提供可比較的參考。
Currently,the science and technology service industry occupies an increasingly important position in all the national economy,but the technology service statistics in the country is still in its infancy,which has not yet formed a nationwide unified technology service survey system and faced the problems such as unclear technology services statistics objects, not comprehensive statistics and other infrastructure issues. Through the discussion of basic problems of technology services statistics,the paper puts forward suggestions to improve the survey system,providing a comparative reference for the government's management and decision- making.
