實踐層面上的綠色GDP核算研究

摘要： 通過歸納完整意義上的綠色GDP核算概念、核算體系和核算方法,結(jié)合鄱陽湖生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)樣本縣環(huán)境價值量的具體核算,探討了實施綠色GDP核算在操作層面上的難點及其基本條件,進而提出了滿足綠色GDP核算指標體系建立的相應(yīng)對策建議。
By summarizing the full sense of green national economic accounting concept,accounting system and accounting methods,and combining with the specific accounting of sample county’s environmental value in Po-Yang lake ecological economic zone,this paper explores the difficulty and basic conditions of implementing green GDP accounting,and proposes corresponding suggestions for establishing green GDP accounting indicator system.
